Privacy policy

Who we are

Alliance Cabinets and Millwork is a custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturer based at 210 Colonnade Rd S, Unit 9, Nepean, ON K2E 7J6, Canada. If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, contact us at info@alliancecabinet.ca or 888-565-0554.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of our three forms:

• Contact form, your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message.
• Start your project, your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, project category, the city and postal code of the project, optionally the street address, and your description of the work.
• Upload your design, your name, email, optional phone, project category, description, and any design files you attach (PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG, PNG or ZIP).

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not use cookies to follow you to other websites.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver work you have asked us to do. That is the only reason. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

Design files you send us

Drawings and plans you upload are treated as confidential to your project. We use them to quote and to build. We do not publish them, and we do not show them to anyone outside the people working on your job without asking you first, including in our own project gallery.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal obligations.

Note for review: the two-year figure above is a sensible default, not a decision Alliance has taken. Confirm it before launch.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Email info@alliancecabinet.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries and uploaded files are transmitted encrypted and stored with access limited to the people who need them to do the work.

Third parties

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find the workshop. Loading that map involves Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy. Nothing else on this site loads content from another company.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. This version is dated 15 September 2026.
